> If the product you received is damaged, incorrect, faulty, or has any manufacturing defects, you are eligible to return the product and request a refund from us.
> Please be informed that the product must be in its original condition with relevant accessories, original packaging and in unused condition at the time of returning to us.
> Alternatively, the product can be returned under the above conditions within 30 days of delivery, and the customer can request a refund (Conditions apply)

> Products cannot be returned under the following circumstances:

- Products that have been used and not in the same condition as delivered,
- Products with missing tags and original accessories,
- Products that have been damaged due to fault of the consumer and misuse,
- Any item not in original form and missing parts,
- An item that has been dismantled and assembled by the customer,
- Promotional items and products that are purchased from a different retailer,
- Unable to produce original documents (Warranty/guarantee card, original receipt),
- No refund and returns will be provided for products that are beyond the warranty & guarantee period (Usually 12 months).

> It Circle Lk has the sole right to decide, accept or cancel refund requests.
> Refunds are given only over software issues, hardware issues and manufacturing defects.
> Refunds will not be provided for the products that have been damaged due to incorrect use and negligence.
> Once we have received the products, our technical team will inspect the product.
> If identified as a faulty product, manufacturing issues, software and hardware faults, we will proceed with your refund. Any refund request beyond these criteria will be rejected.
> If the refund is approved, then we will notify you via e-mail or mobile.
> The product's actual price or a partial refund will be credited to your original mode of transaction method within 14 working days. However, this may vary depending on your bank's payment processing period.
> The delivery charge will not be refunded under any conditions.
> Refunds are given only for the defects and products listed under guarantee and warranty terms.
